Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UAE and internationally as well. UAE orders above 500 AED qualify for free shipping, while international delivery is charged at checkout.
Do you charge customs fees?
Customs fees apply only to orders shipped outside the UAE and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check the applicable customs duties and import fees in your country before placing an order.
Squish Planet does not cover customs fees. Orders cannot be returned through Aramex if the customer refuses to pay the applicable charges, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders usually arrive within 1-2 business days. International orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
