Return & Refund Policy
At SquishPlanet, all orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, opened items, used items, or incorrect selections made at checkout.
A return request may only be reviewed if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your request is approved after review, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable solution depending on the issue.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
For Cash on Delivery orders within the UAE, we may contact the customer by phone or message to confirm the order before shipping. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled by SquishPlanet.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@squishplanet.com.

Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue and contact you with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue has been approved by our team after review.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
GCC Orders
Orders delivered outside the UAE are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned-to-Origin Orders
If an order is returned to our warehouse because delivery could not be completed, please contact us to arrange the next steps.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
