Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia currently ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): where applicable, import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, rather than requested from the recipient on delivery. All other international destinations ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): any applicable import charges not collected at checkout remain the customer's responsibility and may be requested by customs or the carrier before or upon delivery.
UAE and international orders returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts are automatically cancelled and are not reshipped. For prepaid orders, the refund is reduced by the 35% restocking fee, original outbound shipping, and any actual courier RTO fee. Other actual documented product loss may also be deducted, and the refund cannot fall below zero. For a customer-caused international return, import duties and taxes we actually incur and cannot recover may also be deducted once from a prepaid refund where law permits; no estimated or double-counted charges apply.
