Orders delivered outside the UAE may have customs duties, taxes, or import charges set by the destination country. These charges are paid by the customer.
UAE and international orders returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts are automatically cancelled and are not reshipped. For prepaid orders, the refund is reduced by the 35% restocking fee, original outbound shipping, and any actual courier RTO fee. Other actual documented product loss may also be deducted, and the refund cannot fall below zero. A new order is required if the customer still wants the items. Read the full policy.
