Cashback Credit

Squish Planet offers Cashback Credit as an ongoing benefit on eligible orders. Cashback Credit is currently available only in the UAE shopping market.

Cashback Credit is an earned reward issued as a single-use discount code. It is separate from compensation store credit issued under our Refund Policy. It is not cash or a withdrawable account balance.

1. Shopping market and qualifying spend

For the UAE shopping market, spend at least AED1,000 on eligible products in a single qualifying order to earn AED20 Cashback Credit.

The UAE qualifying spend, Cashback Credit amount and minimum redemption spend in effect when you place your qualifying order apply to that order, even if those conditions change later.

Qualifying spend is based on eligible product value after item-level and allocated order discounts. Gift-card purchases, shipping charges and Shipping Protection fees do not count. Mixed orders qualify only on the value of eligible products.

One Cashback Credit reward is available per qualifying order, regardless of how far the order exceeds the qualifying spend.

2. When credit is issued

Cashback Credit is issued once 14 calendar days have passed since the final parcel in the order was shipped, provided the complete order has been delivered and payment has been collected in full. If either condition is met later, issuance waits until both are satisfied.

Cancelled, returned or refunded orders, including partially returned or partially refunded orders, are ineligible.

3. Using Cashback Credit

  • Credit is issued via email as a single-use discount code, valid for 30 days from issuance.
  • A minimum spend of AED100 on eligible products is required before Cashback Credit is applied. Gift cards, shipping and Shipping Protection fees do not count towards the minimum spend.
  • Cashback Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Cashback Credit can be earned and redeemed only in the UAE shopping market.
  • Cashback Credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If the qualifying order is cancelled, returned or refunded, even partially, any unissued Cashback Credit is forfeited and any issued, unused code is cancelled.

If the qualifying order that earned the reward is later cancelled, returned or refunded after the Cashback Credit has already been redeemed, the redeemed reward cannot be cancelled retrospectively and its value will not be automatically deducted from a refund.

If an order paid for using Cashback Credit is cancelled, returned or refunded, the Cashback Credit used is forfeited and will not be refunded, reinstated or reissued. Any refund of money actually paid remains governed by our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

5. Your rights and contact

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory return or refund rights. Our Refund Policy continues to apply.
