UAE delivery: usually 1–2 days after dispatch.

International delivery: usually 5–7 days after dispatch.

Domestic UAE Returned or Uncollected Orders

If a UAE order is returned to Squish Planet after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts because the customer did not answer the courier’s calls or respond to its messages or emails, the customer may choose one of the following:

• Reshipment: The customer must pay a new shipping fee before the order can be shipped again.
• Cancellation: For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting:
  • A 35% restocking fee calculated on the total order value, including shipping; and
  • The original outbound shipping charge, which is non-refundable.

International Returned or Uncollected Orders

Once an international order has been dispatched from the Squish Planet warehouse, the customer must monitor the shipment and respond promptly to calls, messages, or emails from the third-party delivery courier to help ensure successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If the order is returned to Squish Planet after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts because the customer did not answer the courier’s calls or respond to its messages or emails, the order will be automatically cancelled.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after deducting:

• A 35% restocking fee calculated on the total order value, including shipping; and
• The original outbound shipping charge, which is non-refundable.

If the customer would still like to receive the items, they must place a new order through the Squish Planet website.

International Orders – Popped Squishies: For orders delivered outside the UAE, the customer acknowledges and accepts that, due to the fragility of the squishies we sell, a squishy may pop while in transit or after delivery. If this happens, Squish Planet cannot provide a replacement or refund, regardless of the cause, except where a remedy is required under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
