Digital gift card — nothing is shipped. Artwork shows the design, not a physical card. Your code is issued electronically after the qualifying order is paid and fulfilled.
Purchased gift cards
Value & delivery. Available in AED 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 only. Each digital gift card has a unique code and an AED balance. No custom amounts.
60-day validity. Valid for 60 days from issuance. Any unused balance expires at the stated expiry, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Partial use does not extend expiry. The expiry must be shown before purchase and in the gift-card notification.
International purchases. Customers may purchase using a supported local checkout currency; the price is converted at checkout, but the issued card’s face value and remaining balance stay in AED.
International redemption. Shopify converts the available AED balance to the supported checkout currency using the applicable rate at redemption. Foreign-currency spending power may change with exchange rates; it is not locked to the purchase-time conversion.
What it pays for. Redeem the code at Squish Planet checkout against products, shipping and applicable checkout taxes. Charges collected separately by a courier or customs authority are not paid by the gift card.
Partial use & shortfalls. Use the balance across multiple orders until exhausted or expired. Pay any remaining checkout amount using another accepted payment method.
Gifting & security. Purchased cards may be gifted. Keep the code secure: anyone with access may spend its balance. Report lost or compromised codes promptly; ownership and remaining balance must be verified. Recovery of already-spent value is not guaranteed.
Promotions. Gift-card purchases are excluded from promotional discounts. Purchased gift cards may pay for otherwise eligible discounted merchandise.
Cash & gift-card refunds. No voluntary cash conversion, return or refund of a purchased gift card, except where mandatory law requires it. Merchandise bought with a gift card remains subject to the Refund Policy and the remedies on page 2.
Product claims and remedies
Change of mind. No voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds. Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Damaged, defective or missing items. For the voluntary claim process, email info@squishplanet.com within 12 hours of delivery with the order number and applicable photos/videos. Retain the item and packaging during review. Mandatory claims are not excluded solely by this deadline or unavailable requested evidence.
Review & issuance. Response within two business days: approval, reasoned rejection or a request for more information. Approved credit is issued within one business day after approval and determination of the final amount. Business days: Monday–Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Entirely store credit. Approved voluntary damaged, defective or missing-item compensation is entirely store credit—even if the order was paid partly or wholly by bank card. No voluntary refund to the bank card for this compensation.
Compensation amount. Credit covers the affected item’s actual paid value after discounts, not original shipping or unaffected items. No duplicate refund/credit for the same loss. International claims use the recorded paid value and documented currency conversion, not a new retail price.
Incorrect items. Customer keeps the item, receives a one-time 5% future-order code, plus credit for any documented positive price difference. The discount code and compensation credit cannot be used together on the same order.
Popped squishies. Arrival damage follows the claim process. No voluntary refund or credit if a squishy arrived in good condition and popped after delivery, subject to mandatory rights.
Compensation-credit conditions
Separate expiry & restrictions. Compensation credit expires 60 days from its own issuance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. It is personal, non-transferable, usable across multiple orders, not combinable with discount codes, and not voluntarily convertible to cash. Partial use does not extend expiry.
Shipping distinction. Credit may pay future checkout shipping and applicable taxes. Excluding original shipping from the compensation calculation does not prevent credit or purchased gift cards from paying shipping at checkout.
Other refunds & legal rights. Original-payment refund commitments for merchant-caused cancellations, confirmed lost parcels and misdelivery remain unchanged. Store-credit-only compensation is not a blanket rule for every refund event. Mandatory refunds and remedies in your destination take precedence.
