If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. Please keep the item and its original packaging while the request is reviewed. Once approved, our team will confirm whether a return, replacement or refund applies and provide the next steps. Please do not send an item back without approval.
Approved returns must be securely packaged and include all original items and packaging. Refunds are initiated after the approved return is received and inspected. The amount is sent to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
